Staying on an onsite Disney property allows each registered guest to use the Disney Magical Express to/from the Orlando Airport.  In order to use the Disney Magical Express, travel arrangements must be known and submitted by 12/28/2020 to take advantage of the Disney bands and the luggage service (hockey sticks must be checked with checked baggage, but you can pick it up at airport to bring with you on the Express).  It also provides bus service to/from the hotel to the ESPN Fields for all of our games, so renting a car is not necessary.

Please know there will be an onsite Club meeting on Thursday evening at the team's room block ALL STAR MOVIES around 6p EST. It is strongly encouraged...it is where each player will receive their player cards and gear (if needed). Usually the last game is on Sunday around 4p EST, but it all depends on bracket play.  Disney Magical Express mandates a three-hour advance check in from the hotel. For example, if the last game ends at 4p, enough time must be allotted to get back to the hotel, pick up your bags from luggage holding center and then catch the pre-arranged Express. Your flight would have to be at 8p or after to make the Express work for you. Checking in, checking your bags at the hotel prior to the games are options as well (just not your equipment, stick, etc).

This tournament is a Stay to Play event.  It is mandatory that all teams make hotel arrangements through their designated travel provider, Disney Sports Travel.  Michele Huk is our local team contact who will be the person to help guide our travel and ensure our compliance with Disney.

Based on the interest we have received, we will secure a team block at All Star Movies, an onsite Disney property  We will block 30 rooms (2 double beds) arriving Thu 1/28 and checking out Mon 2/1- can be adjusted individually.  Each player must go through Michele Huk to record your accommodations and travel plans even if you do not stay in the team block. Every player on the roster must be accounted for with Disney to comply with the Stay to Play event.  We will ask you to fill out a rooming list with specific requests for length of event tickets, dining, park tickets (at a later date).  Another payment form will be sent to you to arrange direct payment with the Disney Travel Company.  See the other options below.

Pricing starts as *$445/per room based for 2 doubles (4 people to one room)and 3-day basic Sports package at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. There is a $15/night parking fee if renting a vehicle.  Special event transportation to/from ESPN Wide World of Sports is included at this resort.
